The group invested in healthcare in early 2017 by establishing Pivot International LLC in the Emirate of Dubai. Pivot’s clients include Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP), Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA), Abu Dhabi General Headquarters (GHQ) and the Dubai Health Authority, making Government/Quasi Government entities a large sector of the business' client base

Sanjaanika International LLC was established in June 2003 under the Sponsorship of HH Sheikh Juma Al Maktoum, the Chairman of the San Global Group, in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company deals in the procurement, supply and indenting of diverse products including frozen foodstuffs, processed foods, food commodities, steel and steel products, etc. The company sources its products from different international markets including Europe, Far East (including China), South Asia, Australia and the Middle East & Africa Region.
